Greg,

Great info here thanks. Very clever the way you've presented this...I've been using sms marketing for about a month and I can tell you it's a major step up for me. From a referral perspective, I now instantly have so many more people talking about & commenting on my level of service. When I've listed a property I sms it to the hundreds of people I've met at recent similar open homes. My sellers agent can now run a very smooth operation with nicely qualified buyers only. I always give sms recipients an opt out but very few choose to. The best buyers opt in and I concentrate on them going forward. And most importantly for me, more potential vendors are getting more regular communication from me that always includes items of specific interest to them - namely new listings and recent sales, including sale prices. I can't speak highly enough about the potential of sms marketing for real estate.
